Born & raised in Northern Norway among reindeers and high mountain plateaus, I raise Alaskan huskies and guide long dogsledding trips across Scandinavia since 25 years.I founded my company in 1998. Nature lover, I always had a strong relation with life outdoors. I share my days with my sweetheart and 2 young ones. We spend plenty of time on sleds, skis and in cabins exploring our beautiful region. I am a certified ranger & canoe instructor, educated in outdoor activities, and I ran 5 times the longest sled-dog race in Europe, the Finnmarksløpet. I look forward to show you Northern Norway!
Amaru Bolivia, based out of Cochabamba, Bolivia, provides authentic experiences through sustainable relationships with local communities in Bolivia and neighboring countries. For examples, travelers can canoe to the community of Mapajo deep in the Amazon, and join the Mosetén tribe as they gather medicinal plants in the forests or fish the rivers as they have for centuries. Or visitors can turn quinoa farmers and llama herders for a day (or longer) with a local Quechua family amid the salt flats, smoking volcanoes and geysers of southern Potosí.
My name is Edwin Espinoza Sotelo, along with my parents (Marino Espinoza, Mercedes Sotelo) and my sister, Flor de María Espinoza Sotelo,we belong to the community of Mollepata, Soraypampa, where we begin to hike the Salkantay trek. In total, we are a community of 12 local families, from the start of the Salkantay route of the Peruvian Andes to the ancient Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. You will have the added bonus of understanding the culture and traditions of each family en route.
